Sealant replacement, expansion-joint caulking, and water repellents that keep moisture out of the wall.
Caulking is not glamorous, but it is the joint that keeps water out of the assembly. We replace failed sealant, re-caulk control and expansion joints, and fill the gaps where the wall is meant to move, using flexible polyurethane sealants built to take that movement without splitting.
Water repellents are the other half. The wrong product, a film-forming coating that seals the face, traps moisture in the wall and does more harm than the water it was meant to stop. We use breathable repellents made for masonry, so the wall sheds water from the outside and still dries from within.
